Kalamari
Ingredients
Quantity Ingredient Alternative Notes
250 mL Flour    
250 mL Kalamari   Chopped to bite-sized pieces 
250 mL Onions (White)   Finely diced 
1 Pinch Pepper   Freshly ground 
1 Pinch Sea Salt Salt  Or season to taste 
Directions
Wash the kalamari.
Place the flour in a mixing bowl and lightly flour the kalamari.
Salt and pepper the kalamari to taste.
Place the kalamari in the heated vegetable oil. Fry until golden.
