Pork Chops

That tasty barbecued pork chop that I'm craving right now. Unless it's lent, you'll be hard-pressed to find a taverna or grill that does not have this on the menu.

Ingredients
Quantity Ingredient Alternative Notes
1 Pinch Garlic Powder   On each side. 
1 A Little Olive Oil   Enough to rub into the meat. 
1 Pinch Pepper   On each side. 
2 Item Pork   Thickly cut chops with the bone in. 
1 Pinch Salt   On each side. 
Directions
Wash the chops in cold water to remove any extra blood and bone fragments.
Rub some olive oil onto each side.
Lightly salt, to get some flavour, but not so much that the meat will dry.
Sprinkle pepper and garlic powder to taste.
