Crepe Batter

Savoury or sweet, every Greek loves a crepe.

Ingredients
Quantity Ingredient Alternative Notes
1/2 Cup Butter (Unsalted)   Melted 
4 Medium Egg   Whole 
2 Cup Flour    
2 Cup Milk    
1/4 Teaspoon Salt    
Directions
Put all ingredients in a blender
Blend for 1 minute
Scrape down sides and blend another 20 seconds
Refrigertate for at least one hour
Cook crepes on a pan at medium-high heat.
Stuff and top with fixings of your choice.
