Ingredients

1-2 Clove Garlic   Finely Chopped 
4-5 oz Olive Oil    
2 Medium Onions (White)    
1-2 Pinch Pepper   To Taste 
2 Whole Peppers (Yellow)   Of Your Choice 
2.2 lb Potatoes    
2-3 Pinch Salt   To Taste 
4 Medium Tomatoes    
Directions
Peel and wash the potatoes.
Cut into thick slices and set aside soaking on cold water.
Slice all the other vegetables and place in a baking dish with the oil, salt and pepper, and the potatoes.
Barely cover with hot water and cook in moderate oven until top becomes golden brown.
