Korabedis

  • 1/2 lb sweet butter
  • 3 yokes (0nly)
  • 3 tbsp of powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup fine chopped almonds
  • 1 tbsp of baking powder
  • 6 cups of flour
Melt the butter and let it cool off. mix the sugar, yoke, almonds, baking powder. When the butter has cooled put in the other ingredients. Start adding the flour one cup at a time until the dough is not that sticky. Cut in small pieces and shape then in to whatever shape you like. Bake in the oven at 350F for 1/2. Let the cookies cool off and add powdered sugar over them.
