3/4 Cup Butter ( Unsalted )    
1/2 Cup Cheese   Of Your Choice 
4 Whole Egg ( Whole )    
1.10 lb Leeks    
1.10 lb Macaroni   Thick 
1-2 Pinch Pepper   To Taste 
2-3 Pinch Salt   To Taste 
1.10 lb Tomatoes    
Pastitsio me Prasa Directions
Boil the macaroni in salted water until tender.

Drain and add the butter and half the cheese.

Place half the macaroni in a small baking pan.

Clean and cut the leeks and fry them in some butter until tender.

Add to the macaroni in the baking pan and stir.

Slice the tomatoes and place on top.

Add the rest of the macaroni and grated cheese.

Beat the eggs and pour over the baking pan.

Top with the salt and pepper and bake in medium oven until golden brown.
