| Vinegrette Dressing Directions |
In measuring cup add red wine vinegar, salt, pepper and oregano and whisk together.

Add olive oil and whisk with vinegar until blended well.
|
Whisk in sugar or honey to sweeten and cut the acidity to your liking.
|
Serve with Greek salad, Tomato/Cucumber salad, or a chef's salad. Enjoy!!!
